Refund policy

I want every customer to be completely satisfied so If you have an issue with your purchase please contact me so I can work to put it right.

Returns
I will accept returns within 14-days after receiving your item on a case by case basis. To initiate a return contact me first at info@guckiankieran.art.

The artwork/item should be sent back in it's original condition and packaging. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return and ensuring that the artwork/item is returned in its original condition, properly packaged and returned via a secure, trackable service.

Damages and issues
In the unfortunate event of damage occurring during transit please notify me within 24 hours of delivery so that we can help you sort out the issue. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
