The view from the Spinc walk, painted on location in Glendalough. This piece is from a series I painted in Glendalough, painted at a point on the white route which follows the track along the top of the valley wall, over the Spinc (Gaelic for 'the top') and then down into the Glenealo valley which leads you to the miners village. You can see the Glenealo river in the top right of the painting as it winds down the valley towards the miners village which would be off the canvas to the bottom right.

Artwork Details
I use artist grade materials for all my work to guarantee colour vibrancy over time. All paintings are varnished to protect the work using a satin varnish which results in a semi gloss finish.
Original paintings come framed unless otherwise stated.
