Limited Edition Fine Art print of Lough Dan Valley in Winter, painted on location in Lough Dan. Choose from two sizes, framed or unframed. Both print sizes are limited to a run of 50 and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Painted on location in the wonderful area of Lough Dan over a number of sessions in the Winter, with very cold conditions but beautiful Winter light. This is the area of the valley floor with the river Inchavore running through on its way to empty into the lough. This impressive rock face is part of the slopes of Knocknacloghoge mountain as it rises out of the valley floor.

Painting here is a hugely completive experience, this landscape and rock face is so ancient seeing eons pass it by. You can achieve real peace and solitude here and painting this over a number of sessions allowed this place to soak into me. I've painted here a number of times and this landscape will always pull me back it's a stunning place.

Print Details
