Took a long walk and a lot of stopping on this beautiful section on the Dunmore East Cliff walk before I rounded a corner and saw this incredible cove that's constantly lashed by waves and the elements. It's a part of the cliff walk where you can see the red sandstone sedimentary layers showing in all their brilliance. Was a wet day that morning and the sun starting to come through just as I got setup, amaxing place to work and visit and this was the first of a few trips to this part of Ireland known as the copper coast and definitely wont be my last.

Artwork Details

I use artist grade materials for all my work to guarantee colour vibrancy over time. All paintings are varnished to protect the work using a satin varnish which results in a semi gloss finish.

Original paintings come framed unless otherwise stated.
